great variety animation team easy access well kept pools
the food selection offered a great variety , including options for different tastes. the animation team was excellent . i found the location convenient , with easy access to nearby shops and the beach. the pools were well kept.
i did notice some slight wear and tear in the room decor.

fantastic family vacation!
fun activity central location diverse option plentiful food
the animation team, especially fran, kept everyone engaged and happy. the activities were fun for all ages. the hotel was centrally located, a short walk from shops and the beach. i found the food plentiful with diverse options.
the tv in my room did not have english channels.

the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, everything tasted so delicious. the lunch buffet offered a variety of salads, grilled meats, and vegetarian choices. dinner included themed nights with cuisines from around the world, the food was AMAZING!!!

the reception staff provided prompt and helpful assistance with all inquiries. the housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness in the rooms and public areas. the bar staff were attentive and quick with drink orders, it was very good.

worn carpet inconvenient sockets
The room I had was quite dated. The carpet was worn in several places, which I found unacceptable. I also noted a lack of convenient electrical sockets near the bed. The hot water in the shower took a very long time to come through. This resulted in a considerable waste of water (I think they should look into it).
